Overview

At Serviq BPO Limited I lead the delivery of Joblee — an AI-powered hiring platform — and Paylio, a full-suite HRMS & payroll product. I drive both from requirements and technical design through development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance, owning the architecture and the key technical decisions.

My Role

I lead the project and the engineering work across the full lifecycle — translating requirements into a technical design, architecting a Next.js frontend with FastAPI (Python) services over PostgreSQL and Redis, building and reviewing features, owning CI/CD and deployment, and maintaining reliability in production. I coordinate the team and set the technical standards.

Impact

• Lead end-to-end delivery — requirements, architecture, development, deployment, and maintenance — for Joblee and Paylio
• Architected a Next.js + FastAPI/Python stack on PostgreSQL and Redis, defining schema design, caching strategy, and API contracts
• Designed async/event-driven pipelines (background workers + schedulers) for AI screening, document/OCR processing, and payroll runs
• Integrated identity-verification, payment-gateway, and AI/LLM services; own production monitoring, performance, and incident response
• Drive technical decisions and code quality across the team through reviews and shared standards
